My 1 week warranty cover from the buyer receive my stuff...not the date i send...OK I dont want to type the same thing again anymore...

Forumers here mostly were Students and Waged Staffs. I have no blame about this. Reason of why i wanna refund / return. Refund. Since the buyer already miss out the warranty period. For just give and take. I am willing to fork out RM50 to bare his lost. Well, I have the rights not to give him. But, I have to say this again. I do not like to take advantage of people. Frankly say, the problem of Avenger is:- 1. Impatient, received the goods on the 1st day, taruk me kao kao, I am dealing the same items with severals people. He is expecting I know him in MSN with his hello hello part. 2. Simply open up a thread for dispute in lowyat.net. Anger raised. 1st day received 1st day complain immediately without when thru the process of get back to the seller. No phone call were made directly with me. Why does he have such a time to do this? 3. 2nd day found out he is which buyer, imformed him directly to return the goods immediately. He say yes. That is great. Why he delay? I have no idea. If he delay. Why I cant blame him? 4. I received the goods. Great. I will test it in weekend. But hell, Irritating message came in. Example " if you dont do i will what what what la." "you becareful, watch out la.....this la that la..", "I will call u non stop everyday". Hello....please be mature....You are this 1st kind of people I am dealing since...........10 years ago i think...primary time..... 5. Why cant he wait? Why cant he polite? Do you think I will entertain this kind of people with full hearted? Finally, I have the right not to refund him. Well, I check the procs and it does not work. So I message him about the warranty. He is proud and ignorance attitude. Since he refuse the offer. I already made up the decision not to provide any alternative the this person. The end of the story.

If the case would to be go ahead. If nothing was not being offered. I dont mind to carry with a dispute tag. Do not pressure me with such a tag as threaten. Avenger threaten me with his silly act. Pls sent it immediately. why he sent 4-5 days later? 2nd - Why he post up a threat here on the 1st day he received the goods? Why he didn't call me directly? He is expecting I know him as he is a VIP. 3rd - Why he keep threatening me in the sms. Stated he will call me and sms me everyday? What is the point? I will scared of this? Cheap skate.... 4th - Once I already received the goods, I will check in the weekend. But why he keep calling me when am i check the things? Why you so busy? So how? 5th - On the chat logs. I stated 1 week is 1 week. 1 week is 7 days. Normally all the buyer from me. After 1 week or 2 weeks or sometime 3 weeks. I will do for them as week. I will warranty for them as well. But for you. NO. Why? You got terrible attitude problem. Why I dare to say that? I am dealing here since 2003. Not a single case. But you? You have been very popular with annoying thread around lowyat.net.
