Touch ID Not Working

Hi guys, My iPad Air 2 "Touch ID" not working in sudden as seem that this feature disabled but not configure-able again..
 Reconfigure "Touch ID" again but seem "Add a Fingerprint" cannot be trigger 
Enable "iPad Unlock" and "Itune & App Store" but it prompt error message 
End up running our of choices, i reset and erase all the applications and resetup my iPad as new units but seem prompt the same message...  
So does anyone encounter the same issues as mine? |

have you tried to reset all settings? update to latest iOS version 8.1.2 ?
if still unable resolve the problem, is better to send back to warranty to check for the issue. |

I tried google but apparently no issue on this yet. Maybe you can check with nearest Apple service center ?
