last two night before, i nearly rear ended a stupiak car..
he emergency brake, but the brake lights not working.. only driving light functional..

i already slowed down, (foot pressed brake pedal dy, but lightly) then suddenly the car in front nearly stopped..

my foot like numb liao.. cos already trained to step brake pedal lightly, so halfway pressed to full press is kinda slow.. (is different from straight away full press)

somehow my hand quickly react, pull e brake.. haha..
the car slowed down and i can still steer the car..
even if the car equipped with abs and ebd, i think i will not still able to brake in time..

when foot already resting on brake pedal, (lightly pressed) it feel numb to move futher.. haha..

the traffic was not jammed.. average speed already 80kmh that time.. then come the stupiak car with no brake light suddenly emergency brake, kinda spoil the excitement driving axia..

sweat.gif
if jammed situation, my focus is more to brake (brake more, throttle less)
but that night really  shakehead.gif  , traffic was clear.. less focus to braking.. (throttle more, brake less) lucky tada cium..

Drive safe and stay alert. There r many many owners who dunno / dun care about their faulty lights.

Okay sorry for my ignorance, maybe my car still new, only clocked 9600km. I think maybe need 50k km for properly running in ?

Anyone know which sc in PJ  can walk in without appointment for 10k km service  ? Need to do this week.
*
Lol 9600km is very good run in already. Let the SC check. Probably idling too low but thats just my guess. Do let us know what SC says.

Hi guys I would like to ask how to do you open the rear back seat up? I mean the seating cushion.
*
First you yank them up to release the front latches/clips. One on the left and another on the right.

After which, reach underneath the cushion to the back until you feel 2 small bars hooked to the car seat.

Push at the small bars until it unlatches from the hook.

You will then be able to free up our car seat.

axia's fc is about 14-16km/L iinm, right?
*
very hard to quantify because a lot of factors, auto/manual, heavy/light footed, traffic jam or clear highway.

Hi eniltoh,

Thanks for the instruction but I'm bit stuck here  rclxub.gif . Where are the latches/clips? I tried to pull front left and right side of cushion seat but do not feel any clips or I have to pull from the back  sweat.gif . Could you tell me where exactly is the clips and small hooked bars with reference picture below.

Sorry being noob here  notworthy.gif
*
No problem. I try my best to explain:-
1) Yank up at the yellow arrows. this will release the front latches/clips
2) After you have lifted up the front part of the seat reach underneath the seat to the back between the buckles. where the buckle anchors the car body, slightly behind there is a hook (refer pic) which hooks on to a metal rod in the car seat (refer pictures). Let me know if the pictures make sense.
3) Unhook the metal rod from the hook to release car seat.

I have tried to push the seat back but it still not able to pull out the whole cushion sweat.gif.
Not sure if it is because of the leather seats making it hard to take out or I'm not  flex.gif  enough.
*
Probably. If u are from KL / PJ maybe we can meet to see whether i can be of help.

Old Klang Road preferable.

Guys I see that nobody in this thread beli variant E. Why ah? Any issues other than the lack of radio/speaker/central lock/keyless entry/  etc. etc.

5k more really worth it ah?

I'm planning to replace my current nissan almera with variant E to reduce running cost (petrol+maintenance+loan).

Your comments much appreciated. Tq.
*
If u look through the list, u will notice mozillachrome and myself both drive a E.

Not really issues...more like room for improvement....somewhat like airasia, u buy no frills n then top up what u want.

Things missing in the E that can be seen r
- rear shelf
- rear demister
- rear wiper
- folding side mirror
- no middle armrest between driver n passenger

The rest u hv identified 😊
