The chances is given and they aren't doing well.

Waze also axed. Windows maps is good. HERE is good. That's the only thing I like.

MyDigi can access via browser, no loss of freebies at all.

Agreed, other telco like U Mobile is a different story.

As for local telco/company, they didn't Even aware that they have another mobile platform. Maybank have an app before, but they didn't Even maintain it up until Microsoft updated to 8.1 and 10.

Is Microsoft are the one developing the app or the company dev?
Even ada UWP pon dev still shuts their eye...

lumia 430 windows 10 build 14393.1593, getting error during apps update for windows store, telegram & groove music. shown "error, see details". Try to re-launch app fail, uninstall & reinstall fail.
Any solution? Need to reset phone?

Nope, dont use or insert any SD card to phone. just use phone internal memory.

can try soft reset first

Can a windows phone install full office software such as those install at laptop? If not, is there any phone in the market that the operating system is purely windows 10 that is for computers and can install microsoft office fully or any other apps with executable extension?

No you can't. You would need a x86 or x64 phone to install full office software. Meanwhile, you can install mobile version of office though, is close enough
