I did just that every time I put existing captain to a new non-premium ship (from tier 6 onwards)

You can always use doubloons to redistribute the points.

for normal ship, i can choose top recruit a new captain but it seems there's no such option for kirishima...

because tht ship is ARP captain only..
other normal captain only for normal ship

can only use the mental model, they not allow human as captain

i guess only choice for ARP kirishima now is use iona as captain or grab the captain of ARP kongou or myoko


and it's a bit weird for me that iona be captain of a ship that once try to kill her...
