Russian DD has accurate guns, flattest shell arc among 3 countries. Probably be like USN DD = Machine Gun, IJN DD = Shotgun, Russian DD = Rifle. lol

if it is similar to FV-304 than it's good, much better than KV-2 shoot long range

last time it was simple, DD only US or IJN, guns or torpedoes

it seems in DD, russian gun damage will be best, US gun best in reload time, IJN will be somewhere middle of them
(i think turret rotation probably US the best also)

but i almost forgot one thing, if i'm not mistaken, russian DD very bad concealment

for soviet cruiser, do u all feel that the response time for make a turn a bit slow that make u hard to evade torpedo?

not sure about higher tier, i only at tier 4 now, and i already feel the turning is too slow to evade torpedo...

At least Japan CA still got torp as secondary option when approach <10km range.
