Had my first team battle with some LYN kakis yesterday. Happy to report that we did well. The team needs to play 5 battles to qualify for appearing in WoWs team stats list.

Not bad for hentam only. Hopefully, it was not "beginner's luck"or fluke that we won that battle. I think we did relatively well with the mix of ships in the team. Saipan definitely helped especially with her fast planes, getting to the cap points ahead of the DD. My thoughts for optimum mix:

1 x CV
2 x DD
4 x mix of BB and CA/CL

No mood to play anymore this evening, losing streak.

Anyway, RU shells are between US and German ie US shells are sub-orbital while German are more linear, at least from what I have observed of the cruisers

She is quite fragile though. Having more guns forward facing, she is excellent for chasing down enemy ships. The spotter plane extends her range for sniping BB

Rudder response can be sluggish but it improves as you upgrade them. My T6 Budyonny is fully upgraded

Always good to keep at least a T5 ship you are comfortable/confident with to farm $$$. To this end, I have my Omaha and Kamikaze R. T6, I usually use my Nurnberg

Been playing my Kagero, still stock but am enjoying her. Thinking of using my free XP to upgrade Hull B which leads to better torpedoes. Because I have Torpedo Acceleration skill, stock torp now with 12 km range at 62 knots. Upgraded, range will be 16 km at 72 knots. Woot!!

Started USN DD over the weekend because a bit sien (bored) with the other ships. Now at T5, working towards at least T7 for team battles, with my former Cleveland captain at the helm. Play style is very different as USN DD is more a gunboat than a ninja torp shooter. Have managed a double strike so far and would have gotten a Kraken if not for a KS in one battle.

Keeping the T4 in port as she is a real gem. Can easily earn 80 ribbons per battle (if dont get sunk early in domination maps.

Must say USN DD fits my play style very nicely as i like to pew pew with cruisers and they are semi ninjas with torps.

Don't want to keep her for team battles?

Completed mine in under 3.5 hours from uninstalling to downloading, to installing.

Anyone else experiencing FPS degradation? I used to get 50-60 FPS but now, am mostly languishing in the 30-40
