its better if you install the component in front....you'll lose sound,to the surrouding, tire noise, etc etc...) if you put it at the back...
a good and not too expensive setup (based on my prior experience) is to get a 5" or 6" 2-way speaker for the front (if you have money a component is the best) and a 6x9 3-way at the back but if possible cut out the wire that powers the tweeter and most importantly a branded HU (at least a 45-50wx4 built in amp) as you will only have that to power up your speakers...
