Guys, I injured my shoulder 2 months ago. I really forget how I hurt it as I though it will go away after some rest. However, I'm still feeling the pain whenever i'm doing the shoulder press, pectoral fly, and to a little extend--bench press.
Thus, need the recommendation on good orthopaedic specialist around Klang valley area to diagnosis the pain. Thanks!

If still insist on prognosis then try TAGS - Spine & Joint specialists.

Unless you are thinking of surgery, don't waste your money smile.gif

Shoulder injury takes long time to heal. All specialist normally do is minimise the pain and the inflammation. This you can do yourself.

Since you can still do bench press with just mild pain, I guess it's not that serious.

Better you keep resting and avoid any heavy exercises that involve shoulder movement. It won't heal properly and progress will be slow if you keep stressing it. Just do light stretching/rehabilitating exercises (google) to speed up the healing process.

Good luck smile.gif

Dear all bro,

Thanks a lot for the valuable input. I may try Dr Ang if no significant improvement on my shoulder pain over the next 2 weeks.
