Does anyone know if the property falls under commercial/ residential title? The last time I heard they were trying to apply for residential title?

I am interested to book a unit. Very interested in fact. But worry about the commercial title. Utilities will be on commercial rate. Anyone can enlighten me on this? Like how can developer change the title ship ? Or what can we do?

The minimum monthly charge is RM3.00

Tariff B Low Voltage Commercial Tariff
For all kWh (Rate: 32.3)
The minimum monthly charge is RM7.20

If Monthly use 500kWh
Residence VS Commercial
RM130.30 VS RM161.50

1 month RM30
1 year RM360
10 year RM3600

for me, not an issue.
