Bottom row is full already with Amercom 1/72 Mi-28 and Ka-29.

Feels like gonna sell them of since heli kinda take so many space due to their rotor blades sweat.gif

Upper shelves will soon be crowded with Hasegawa 1/72 Su-35S (otw), Zvezda 1/72 Su-30KN and Su-37, and also Hobby Boss 1/72 Su-47 icon_question.gif

Will surely need readjustment again. At least displaying them in flight mode kinda resolve some space issues since not only the surface part is used (if one would chose to make theirs gears down).

you could add shelves. billy has optional glass shelves now...

Dont think i can add more shelves. Air space was utilized with the use of stands (i prefer my birds to soar the skies:P)

As for the tanks, it would be hard to see with addition of shelves, space would be a criteria as well in making sure they are all could be seen sweat.gif

hence the use of glass, my friend... blush.gif

Glass is transparent.
The assets are not sweat.gif

Regardless, I would think I would go for Billy+Oxberg in terms of shelves. The price is similar as having two Detolf, but with larger areas (with the expense of no all viewing area as glass would provide).
*
you could always double up your detolf shelving area by diy additional shelves icon_rolleyes.gif

okay... time to bump this page back up. i must say cw seems to be slacking with this GLOSSY blacklions. back to their wolfpack days, this. and the load out has never been this loose (had to fill out most of the holes with blutac in order for the ordnance to fit tight). i dunno... i kinda like my witty blacklions overall. i guess i just dislike glossy paint on my tomcats (just as i said hm should've used more matte paint for their detailing!!!). anyway... here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure...

lol sorry but unsure about its specifics.

isn't into aircraft model collecting but is only very interested in getting that one F-15 T___T

any recommendation T____T

i'm looking at between RM200 - RM300?
*
personal preference, boss. but i'm guessing you want a ready-to-display model and with rm200-300 budget, it opens up many possibilities.

diecast:

the top of the arrange at the moment would be the diecast (metal) models by hobby master... but those are out of your budget and costs approx rm400+ so i'll leave that out.

what falls squarely into your budget would be the witty wings (and gemini jets... which ultimately used the witty mould anyway) eagles... but since witty has gone out of business, good luck tracking them down.

and the sub-rm200 would be the dragon model. less detailed but overall a good place to start if you're just starting to build your collection but again, not easy to track them down, at least not in malaysia.

plastic/resin:

definitely below your budget and you'll probably be getting at least 3 for below rm200. i don't have any but the perception (not sure if that's true) is that the plastic/resin models do not last as long as diecast models. you could try the easy model series.

have fun and we hope to see your inaugural eagle up posted in here soon! thumbup.gif

err... the anti glare grey panel on the nose cone for that tomcat is grossly misaligned and there's really not much detailing done. the ordnance looks bland sweat.gif

As fragile as plastic kit gets. But the box it comes with does protect the ready-made kit from damage. I do believe they are decals, but do correct me if I am wrong.

As for plane, I didn't get any from Easy Model since none interest me (they don't have modern Russians tongue.gif), but I did snagged the Mi-24 Hind. It is rather okay, I'll say. I managed to pry open the cockpit and put in a couple of pilots there, do a permanent gears up option on it, and put it on a stand.

A Hind in flight is a Hind ready to fight tongue.gif

there are pros n cons for diecast vs plastics, i guess. admittedly my only plastics were old kits... and they didn't age well sweat.gif

rather plain but overall a nice scheme. ordnance all in white... as it is with the actual aircraft. kinda like the gold rimmed canopy and the flags of the nations operating this aircraft. but as i said... it's plain, and i do prefer my models with a matte finish instead of gloss but i guess the glossy finish is a true representation of the actual aircraft too. it's not gonna be a fan favourite for those who prefer elaborate schemes but it sure is a departure from the usual 50 shades of grey icon_rolleyes.gif

terebo or gaincorp, bro? it's a colossal aircraft, this... especially when placed side by side with a sr71. nice catch! looking forward to more rusky flanker variants... and the pakfa now that the actual airframe is finally going into mass production (keeping fingers crossed).

Taobao was available for RMB 199 (the cheapest) for this particular aircraft a month ago. That is loosely translated into around MYR 200, a bargain, I'd say. Now it is only two left from that seller.
Terebo. Getting Gaincorp would be the cherry on top of a cake, but sadly it is not available anymore. IINM identifying Gaincorp can be done by the extended refueling probe, right?
*
boss... rm199 is only rm130! damn cheap! thumbup.gif

not the refueling probe... the different colour on the starboard verticle stabs, and the lack of elevation markings for the horizontal stabs on the fuselage, me thinks hmm.gif

And that is why I didn't wait to haul it biggrin.gif

Those are the markings that can be seen as differences, from what I read. Gaincorp did made three different versions (albeit with similar scheme), with the fadest one is the closest to the actual ones. The extended fuel probe on all three colour variants is the one we could easily identified if the mold is produced under Gaincorp label.

But then, that's that. RMB 199 converted into MYR, with add in the shipping, as I said, would be around MYR 200, since that is price I got. A fair price I'd say biggrin.gif
*
definitely an excellent catch there, mate! thumbup.gif
