You can complain to CFM Consumer Forum Malaysia
www.cfm.org.my I used to file a complain against Celcom. Action was taken promptly and Celcom sent me a apology letter as well as waive the charges. Before you approach CFM ensure you report this to Celcom . If no action taken proceed to CFM. |
