I sign an iPhone 1year contract package and using back the same number but until now my plan still same. Even the latest bill sudah come..
I lodged 2 complaints online but seems no feedback at all. Where can I lodge a complaint and get the respond asap.
TLDR:
1. Sign an iPhone package with Celcom use back same number
2. After few weeks plan and package still same old package
3. Lodge 2 complaints but no respond at all
Update:
1. Submit a complaint to www.cfm.org.my
2. got feedback from CFM
3. waiting celcom to reply....
