Exactly guys smile.gif If you don't feel comfortable with it, what's the point? It'll only make you hands feel tired and you probably go cursing when you play games biggrin.gif

I don't think it's more about which is better but which one your hand suits most.

If its the sensor comparison then the Diamondback is much superior.

Actually all games requires good skill. If you give a pro RM49 mouse, he'll clean sweep easily too biggrin.gif
Well, gaming mouse is a good to have but skill is the no. 1 pre-requisite.

Very good gaming mice only comes in when sensor stability is in play.
Any rm50 mouse might feel good and if you play at high sensitivity there is not much difference a gaming grade mouse can do.

Low sensitivity players need better sensors so their mice doesn't skip while in game. Low sens usually take bout 30-40cm to turn 360. I take bout 56 cm to turn 360 degree in CS:S and not many mice can keep up.

Lachesis is super sensitive.... Tested it at PC Fair... I wonder who uses it.... 4000dpi is freaking crazy.... Also they put sensitivity up to 10... Ur mouse pointer can go from the left bottom to right upper of the screen with one swipe.... Play FPS sure pengsan already after few seconds....

the magic word would be how FAST you move the mouse, not how low your sens is.
even if you take 100cm to turn 360, but most of the time you're just going forward, any cheap mouse can.

but if you try doing fast 360 with low sens in much faster games like UT or Quake, say byebye to your cheap mouse.

Hi all.
i like to play cs lately (esp. on end2007 holiday)
i have some difficulties playing in my desktop which have Microsoft Wireless Optical 4000. and also another Microsoft wireless optical 2.

@fantagero:
avoid microsoft's wireless desktop if u want to game.
but go for it if you want comfort...

so i have 2 exact and identical mouse (except colour) but i feel its heavy to move around. so i remove 1 AA battery and it works better.
but still, its not so good for FPS gaming... my std optical mouse works better.

but recently i got so called creative gaming mouse, HD7500,
because its only priced at SGD8 this month (RM20).
very comfortable at its price, but havnt ask my friends about it...
