i am traveling with my family of 4 to osaka this november for 1 week, planning to visit kobe, kyoto and surrounding areas.
is it better to just stay in osaka as base for the whole trip or moves around with different hotel in each province? how about driving licence, can we use our driving licence over there like australia? |
