If going Japan then forget about halal. If you really follow halal rulez so much then you can't even taste any sushi also. One thing you cna do was make sure your food no this word "豚"

If you going 7 days means minimum RM700 on food already.

Find bento shop, similar to convenient shop but oni sell bento and chap fan
U can get it around 200yen to 1000 and expired meal is cheaper

Or eat instant noodle at convenient shop... 100 to 200yen
And eat bread for breakfast... oso cost less than 200yen

Fast food meal like Yoshida, cost around 400-1000 with free drink

In tokyo, u can get Tokyo Subway Metro Pass 3days around 1500yen
Aftertat on average u expected to pay 1way subway around 200yen

For solo traveler, u can sleep at capsule hotel...

Food, you can still sacrifice. Buy cheaper food from Family Mart or anything but transportation you cannot save.
Well, as you know Japan transportation is very efficient and obviously that comes with a cost.
I spent around 4.2k for my 9 days trip for food, transportation, souvenirs and gifts for the special one.
Souvenirs are not cheap in Japan. Also, I stayed at my friends' house so those costs didn't cover accommodation.

In Japan 80% food are 1300 - 1500 Yen  This already Rm40 per person.
If you go cheapest food chain store also around 500Yen which is RM15 already per person.
If you go Sushi shop....around 3000 - 5000Yen which is more than RM250 per person

yup unlimited subway... toei+metro
enuf to cover 90% tokyo

note: not cover JR, SkyTree, Odaiba, Airport, Bus, ??????
go download the Tokyo Subway Map and plan carefully
use it for 3days only, after tat... take wat ever card u wan... suica/pasmo etc

the meal, u dont need to eat expensive food everyday
not like all the food there cost... 3k or 5k
as long as u know how to hunt... u can even get michelin 1star for oni 800yen

most of the time... i oso cincai eat
whichever restaurant is near me... i just eat there

for muslim, most likely tapau sandwish... can save even more

food/drink in disney is super duper $$$$$

tips:
it is safe to allocate 1500yen permeal
fyi 1000yen u might not able to get enjoy some of the thing u wan...
eg ice-cream, coffee, beer

ya i eat alot of icecream... in the winter   

USJ got very similar look and feel as USS. Quite a number of attractions also same in both parks (example the water world live show, IIRC it's practically identical). IMO if u already last year went USS I would suggest go TDS (it's more cater to teens/adults than disneyland) instead of USJ.
