There are a few sites for Sapporo Snow Festival. Main one is Odori Park with giant snow structures. Another one is at Susukino with small ice sculptures.

For Sapporo Tower, I went up to eat at the restaurant above and did not enter the observation deck. The view is not bad although lower than observation deck.

Tokyo DisneySea u need to line up before 8am and u will miss out the fireworks at night since u leaving 6pm. And same thing for Universal Studio, if u only go half day not much rides u can enjoy cos queue for 1 ride also take 1 hour di. I normally use 1 full day for theme park. I assume u not going up Tokyo Skytree since u allocate so little time.

thanks for the suggestion ... edited my itinerary

i think i'll spend more time on universal studio osaka since i have more time for it and skip the firework for tokyo disneyland

so i'll wake up early , buy advance ticket and start queue at 8am for both

for skytree , i plan to go up and have an observation view , i think im going to allocate more time for it and purchase ticket in advance , if i reach skytree around lunch time , will i need to queue for a long time ?
*
Even at 8am already got ppl line up in front but still ok. Skytree queue need 1-2 hours also cause I didn't buy in advance. They will give u a pre-ticket with fixed time for u to come back 1-2 hours later. So u can go shopping and come back later. Even when reach the time u go in, still need to Q to buy ticket doh.gif. I wanted to catch sunset view with Mt Fuji background but when I enter sky already dark sad.gif . U try buy in advance but I heard not easy for foreigners.
Oh ya, once u enter Skytree the lift will take u to the middle floor. Upper floor need to pay extra. Once u exit the lift, u can take the stairs down one floor with less crowd not so packed with Chinese tourist then later climb back up. If u have time u can try Landmark Tower at Yokohama.

thanks ... should i go to skytree first early in the morning then take the boat to odaiba ? but how about shibuya ? lol
*
Not sure. Never been to odaiba. Skytree no need first thing in the morning gua. Maybe 2nd thing lol. Shibuya shopping area, nothing much for me except the famous crossroad and the Hachiko statue. See if u can find a window seat at the Starbucks above the crossing. U can google other nice spots to view the Shibuya crossing, i think in V5 RC sensei or somebody got mention before

One question for you.  Feb 7 Morning found out Sapporo Airport been closed due to heavy snow.  Flight delay to 4pm.
What will you do? what is your backup plan?
*
Good question. Last time my flight from Hokkaido to Tokyo delayed 3 hours due to snow. And I'm supposed to catch connecting flight from Tokyo to KL which is 6 hours later. Luckily still made but rush like hell with help from airport staff bring us through priority lane at customs. Next time will put connecting flight on next day to avoid snow storm

Not sure what is your question.
I tot type of photo depends very much on what Immigration Malaysia define? I dont think its black and white. If you manage to make a passport with a photo that does not conform to Malaysia Immigration standard.....then it might be a fake one......
*
Now new format is black and white photo liao. Much like the Japan visa last time and also look like obituary tongue.gif tongue.gif

Just want ask anyone been to Sapporo Snow Fest and is it worth to visit?
I plan to see snow/ice sculpture only, probably just at the Odori Park area and Susukino(?)
I guess since is 2 million visitors in 1 week, hotel gonna be expensive and people mountain people sea. R3ad that even eating also no place sit.
*
Apart from the Snow Fest u can go ski in Hokkaido. Book early hotel wont be so exp. But the prob is we don't know the official date of the snow fest yet. The official website says Feb 5- 11, 2016. But it is the same for this year Feb 5- 11, 2015. I not sure if its correct. The snow fest is 1 week, it is crowded but not until cannot walk. U can eat at other places, no need eat at the fest there.

I'm looking for a tour package for 6 pax (incl 2 elderly) to Hokkaido. Noted on Bon Odori.

Can anyone recommend

- tour group companies ?

Thank you!
*
Wrong place to ask. Ppl here share tips for self-planned free-and-easy trips not tour groups. Anyway U can go for those Apple Tour or Reliance tour groups
