Another one is at Susukino with small ice sculptures. For Sapporo Tower, I went up to eat at the restaurant above and did not enter the observation deck. Oh ya, once u enter Skytree the lift will take u to the middle floor. Upper floor need to pay extra. Once u exit the lift, u can take the stairs down one floor with less crowd not so packed with Chinese tourist then later climb back up. If u have time u can try Landmark Tower at Yokohama. See if u can find a window seat at the Starbucks above the crossing. U can google other nice spots to view the Shibuya crossing, i think in V5 RC sensei or somebody got mention before
