30/5 - Arrived Narita Aiport (7:40AM), staying at Gotanda

30/5 - Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku

31/5 - Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku

1/6 - Leave for Hakone in the morning(stay overnight)
      - kinda worried for this due to the volcano thingy, ryokan was booked days b4 the news

2/6 - Leave Hakone in the morning, staying around Ueno area
      - afternoon - Ueno/Yanaka/Ameyoko
      - evening - roppongi, tokyo tower

3/6 - Asakusa, Akihabara, Tokyo Dome, Kagurazaka

4/6 - Tsukiji, Imperial Palace/Park, Tokyo Station, Ginza, Yurakucho

5/6 - Odaiba or Shibuya again?

6/6 - Narita (10AM)

Is my itinerary too tight?

From narita to gotanda, i found there is 2 timing for the Keisei line 8:21 and 8:44. which is the most realistic train for me to board? scare the immigration part take a long time.

what do you mean by local lines?
local line as if non jr-east line?

odaiba hv to paid separately, consider local line?

However, for passes like Yurikamome pass in odaiba which is monopolized by one company, then getting the pass may pay off depending on how many times you took the train.

Just want ask anyone been to Sapporo Snow Fest and is it worth to visit?
I plan to see snow/ice sculpture only, probably just at the Odori Park area and Susukino(?)
I guess since is 2 million visitors in 1 week, hotel gonna be expensive and people mountain people sea. R3ad that even eating also no place sit.

i check in jr website, they mention only cash base transaction is available.

let say I am going to Nikko, Hakone, Kamakura from Tokyo, understand that all these destinations can be reached using JR trains. Understand too that they all have its private railway limited express, eg Spacia and Romanticar... can I know what are the difference and in what way one is superior than the other one?

the most spend 2-3 hours in himeji only..still have to go to okayama and then travel back to osaka 

I also plan to have my 1 day trip to himeji from osaka.. day time in himeji, evening/dinner in kobe..  then back to osaka.. worth the hassle?

Yeah, now preparing some back up hotels as the booking for most are not yet open in agoda/booking.com.

Yea I don't mind budget hotel, I go China also stay budget hotel, so with my budget you think it's better to stay in Osaka or I can still travel to cities around Osaka

3k is exclude air ticket, i saw AA promo only about RM700 from penang to osaka for 1 pax but its in Feb.
as for shopping i doubt i will buy anything in Japan cause things are expansive there, for me its more about enjoying the experience and culture..and of course i would love to take some nice scenery for me to take photo

Lol dont  buy kansai thru pass la but in general, better to top up abit..else where is the joy in travelling

depends on how it is being used destination and route to make it worth it and break even 

if remember correctly, JR-1wk pass cost ard 28,000 yen-40mins to osaka. right!!
