1 Week at Kansai. Kansai Thru Pass are best thing already. Or else you have to spend money buying normal ticket traveling like normal Japanese.

Can still save back a couple thousand by taking flights + train rather than the entire JR 1 week pass

You just need to tailor fit your itinerary for your budget

of cos no buying la.. go 7kg, back 6.5kg.

if remember correctly, JR-1wk pass cost ard 28,000 yen-mins to osaka. right!!

I'm going to travel to Tokyo for 10 days in Sept, checked Japan Rail Pass 7 days is quite expensive around 29,110 yen (~RM900). Is it worth ?
