lol , seems like hinting something ... which is the best in japan?  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

The best night view in whole Japan only 3 spot. 1 at Hakodate 1 at Hiroshima 1 at Sapporo
About Osaka , Tokyo and Sapporo i already give u a hint which is the spot u mention was not the best of the best. Some are excellent some are normal but not the best spot.

You cna stick to your plan which is normal to excellent form my point of view. Or you are perfectionist then you can continue dig more homework.

RegentCid, this is not the first time I'm seeing such replies from you and I did receive reports for you hostile attitude as well. This is not the kind of attitude or discussion we are encouraging here.

Take note and have a nice day.
*
I don;t really care what they said to me. I will still stick my way which is you want the best answer u have to show me u are doing the homework well enough.

Like you want to taste a Michelin 3 star food first you have to work hard earn enough of cash. Same as goes to me. U want my Michelin 3 Star answer you have to show me your very very hardworking homework.

Mind you, this is a discussion thread and not RC's thread. Let me put this straight and hope this goes into your head.
If it is really difficult to carry on with a friendly and polite discussion, I really see no point of continuing this thread. smile.gif

We are here to discuss and appreciate your effort but being pushy and harsh on the forummers, I don't think it is really that nice.
*
Alot forumer here been push out by me. Can ask them how's excellent was their trips. No pain no gain.
Push you harsh on homework ...at the ends the gain benefit was you not me.

I hope you get well soon 😊

I'm still studying and preparing for my trip in coming March, and get confuse everytime I get new info 😬

Been in and out to Japan for many many times doesn't mean that you know everything. Everyone is here to discuss, to share the knowledge from their trips. We might not know a lot of things but we are willing to ask and learn. Everytime when I see harsh reply from him, I kept quite and dare not to ask anymore. Well, I hope everyone can still share their tips from their Japan trips. Sharing is Caring 😁
*
You must understand push you harsh , final gain was you. Imagine u now at Japan. one small mistake will ends u alot of money and time. Plus most of you guys goes at Winter. The daylight was less. Night goes at 4pm. Every minute was counting. With thick homework i asking you guys doing will making ur errors down to minimum most.

Those kind of questions surely ask to get whack one. No need RC also alot in here will whack. Sometimes it's just hard to do "homework" when you don't even know what to search for. We're not 24/7 sitting in front of the PC to read all about Japan.
*
Japan Guide already give u the kick start info. It was not detail enough. But u alreay done homework. You already got basic info. U know where u standing

Wait you telling me those custom will finally open bag 1 by 1 starting April?

Need to queue way early for boarding time and book taxi way later when landing then.
*
You know Malaysia la...Due to starting everything was hot. Those customs sure will do thier job....wait until July , Sep , Oct......heat was low...lazyniess kick in....then u got chances slip away.

RM400 u spent on oversea must kena Tax GST....
Baju cannot buy more than 3

Those GST stuff only tax u when you coming back to Malaysia. So normally it won't affected your boarding Plane time. But COming back malaysia after passport check......claim lugggae......then will be extremely long Q at custom luggage check area.

Not sure if this has been posted before.

On March 14, 2015, the NEX Tokyo Direct Ticket will be discontinued and replaced by the NEX Tokyo Round Trip Ticket. The new ticket will provide a round trip from the airport into Tokyo/Yokohama and back to the airport within a 14 day period. Unfortunately, the cost will increase to 4000 yen, effectively reducing the discount over regular tickets to "only" 33-55 percent. A one way option will not be available.

Guys, once I reach Shibuya from Narita airport, I will meet up my colleague at Roppongi for lunch because our Tokyo office is in Roppongi. I know that Roppongi doesn't have many things to explore and it's considered expensive to shop there. It has beautiful night view but that's at night. Anything that worth for me to visit during day time? If no, I will skip this and go to Imperial Palace. It's a pity that I couldn't get the free tour but I guess that's not a big issue. biggrin.gif

Find the 18 mastercraft

Then I will find something to walk around that area before going back to Shibuya again to meet my friend for dinner. Probably will explore Harajuku. I will also walk around Shibuya that night and want to witness the famous Shibuya Crossing. laugh.gif I will also visit the statue of the most loyal dog - Hachiko.

Is this a good idea? Any suggestion is welcomed, I know I could be really exhausted on that day because I will touch down early in the morning... sad.gif

Explore Harajuku at Morning better than Nightime.

Cool. I will try to find out about Shibuya then. biggrin.gif
Our office is inside the Mori Tower though. smile.gif Good thing for me. smile.gif
Asahi TV? OK OK. biggrin.gif
Thanks for the suggestions. I will try to find and push Harajuku to morning. smile.gif
I tried to Google 18 mastercraft but is not returning me with good results. What's this mastercraft thingy ya?
Thanks. smile.gif

Asahi TV was like museum. The 2 most classic was Doraemon & あたしンち (Atashin'chi).

18 Mastercraft was made by 18 Top designer in Japan. Some made from Recycle stuff...some very future idea.

Hi Guys, I've plan to visit Tokyo end of October 2015. I actually have a plan to drive a Toyota GT86 up to the Mount Hakuna (Mount Akina) but I don't seems to find any Car Rental for Toyota GT86.

Can anyone share the info with me if any? Many Thanks!
*
Toyota GT86 Rental price at Yokohama around 48800 Yen Per day
23000 Yen for 12 Hour Rental

You can reserve it through E-mail to Toyota Rental. It won't show at web because the price. But can be special reservation if you sent them a E-mail and pay the reservation fees.

to save money I might just sleep in the airport while waiting for the train to Kyoto, is it safe to do so? tongue.gif
my plan is to go to Kyoto during the first half of my 1 week trip, then only come back to Osaka on 4th day

btw Seagull hotel is too much, I am solo traveler
*
''Haruka'' Limited Express was fastest and most efficiency way.
Earliest ''Haruka'' train was 6.30am Morning and the price will be 3170 Yen Including Tax. Arrived Kyoto Station around 8.00am Morning
