I have booked mine too, traveling in 2nd half of November. I have read somewhere that the cherry blossom and fall season is peak season where accomadation will be fully booked and getting expensive. Just to be safe, I book early.

I booked 5 nights through Airbnb and 3 nights through Booking. com. It seems that the listing in Booking and Agoda is so expensive that I couldn't find the room for our family of three in Kyoto and Osaka with reasonable price and I do not want to change hotel everyday. So just trying my luck with Airbnb.

U can try search for le botejour hotel namba. Good service, clean n big room for japan standard. Reasonable price for triple room. Send them an email to reserve the room n pay when u check in. Great location too. Walking distance to namba station n nipponbashi station.

Just checked, no room available.

Even for Airbnb, the listing with good review also sold out fast and I notice some listing is fully booked in November.

No, I have done the booking early last month, 3 nights in Kyoto and 2 nights in Osaka, entire home instead of private room. But do take note that those really nice one are selling fast.
