Bought at Switch, they had a promo to extend warranty (only by Switch, not Machines, nor Apple store).. for any damages eg cracks, accidentally submerged into water, and including lost of phone. Yes, if someone steals it, u can claim for a new one. It's ~rm200+ if i remember correctly.
