What's the shipping rate like? And how much i should expect to pay on Custom or Tax fees? And finally, how long usually is the transit time? And to make it easier for shipping fees deduction, below are the books i intend to get : Codename : Johny WalkerEyes on TargetThe Red CircleFearlessThough if any of you good folks know of better alternatives, do share with me. This will be my 1st time trying to purchase from Amazon..or books online for that matter. Thank you. |
