Please confirm this. I assumed its 8.88% interest on both card as long as i maintain minimum payment.

My latest statement shows 8.88% on platinum visa and 17% on platinum amex. Why is this so?

Ok. I've confirmed with mbb cs that it was apparently because i missed a payment on Dec for Nov statement. But i've checked my records, and i did made a payment via CIMB interbank transfer. But this transaction is not reflected in my mbb records. The CS lady said i could prove that i did make payment, she can put up request for reversal of intrest rate but subject to management approval.

How should i proceed about this? Deal with CIMB first to verify the transaction, or send the transaction details to MBB and let them sort it out?

No, i've been using it since i got my mbb2cards.

The only problem was that i accidentally scheduled early payment on 17th Nov, but the statement came out 18nov and due date was 8th Dec. I found out i missed the payment on 10th, and informed CS. They said 3 days grace period, so no worries. Still can bank in and won't be considered late payment.

The weird issue is that for visa i bank in via CDM on 10th. When i want to do for amex, cdm duwan to accept my notes. So i use cimbclicks. This cimbclicks is the one didn't show up in mbb statement now.

guys, with no gst and inflation of treatpoints is it still relevant to retain mbb2 cards?

what would be the other 2? i got it because of amex n 5x tp. this change is like a slap in my face. but still, the cb is good though. the only problem is i hardly use it during weekends
