but buying stuff are depend on merchant. some merchant only charge your cc when they start shipping, then it no longer on weekend if they ship on weekdays..

Once I had fraud case on my AMEX and change to new card with new card number..

U can sell the voucher in garage sales if you don't need it.
See someone is paying by cash, offer your voucher on the spot. Can get back your money too

if you put pride 1st, then you wouldn't achieve what you want most of the time

anyway, selling in garage sales would be better choice than waiting at counter asking around
