aiyo, call until premier number for what. plat number already good enough to skip all the earlier steps and to talk to a human right away. and i have no problem to on hold waiting for them to solve my problem since it's a toll free 1800 call and i am not bearing any call charges.

and they refund the credit back to your gift cards.

it depends on the staff who handle your request. smart ones usually refund back to your gift card, or if you use cc, back to your cc. but if you use cash vouchers, they will refund you by cash. otherwise they will need to reissue the cash vouchers to you again, in which will automatically extended your cash vouchers expiry date counting from the day you ask for refund.

means you buy something and claim for refund due product faulty, product expired, product different from ads, mistaken took wrong item (non-promo item), price different from shelves/ads, etc.

as what i mentioned earlier i post below, many hypermarkets already aware of this. the staffs already started to refund back to where it comes from, for eg. gift card and cc. but still there's loophole when people using cash vouchers. lol...

aiyo, you don't believe? i have been doing this for many years until some "smart" staffs started to refund the credit back to gift cards or credit cards instead of refunding cash. so i changed tactics to cash vouchers (reasons as i posted above). and this is how i always maximise my wise x2 and mbb2amex x2 beside other cc. whenever i have extra unuse cb i will buy cash vouchers.

ok, if really want to share all these hypermarket tricks/tips too many la. ok la, i share a few more to you all.

do you want to get 3x points at mydin for each rm?
1) buy cash voucher = 1 point
2) use cash voucher to reload tng = 1 point
3) use tng to buy stuffs = 1 point

do you know how to keep getting mydin points + keep extending your cash voucher at mydin?
1) buy rm500 cash voucher = 500 points
2) use the cash voucher to reload rm500 to tng = 500 points
3) use the rm500 in tng to buy again rm500 voucher = 500 points
4) keep repeating the above 2&3 for 500 points each time
5) by doing this also your cssh voucher is extended each time (so not only limited to 3 months only)
remarks: each time reload tng will charge 50 cents, but you still gain in long run

i don't believe someone has ever done this before. if someone trying to claim they did this before is surely a liar. so shall i now ask people to say i'm a genius and compliment me? lol...

anyway, after sharing these tricks i believe mydin will soon change their t&c... perhaps no more points for cash vouchers or no more points for tng reloads or cannot use cc/tng to buy cash vouchers... or all the above... but i will surely find the loopholes again. lol...

mostly amex only due to frequent fraud case from amex.

actually now only mydin can get points for cash vouchers purchase. no other hypermarket can. lol...

to get points for cash vouchers purchase may not work every time. certain trick is needed but it also may not work every time. and of course besides the fact that you need to pay rm12 a year for a mydin card. if really can't get it, you still can get 2x points (although not 3x) and 50 sen charge for 500 points (although not 50 sen for 1k points). 1k points can redeem rm5 voucher.

anyway, i will wait until the first person to report IF he failed to swipe his mydin card to get point for cash vouchers purchase. other than this, other parts of what i shared shall work perfectly without any issue.

mbb2cards can get gst waiver for the first year last time? some more gst waiver was stated in the t&c before?

1) instead of gst waiver stated in t&c, is it some kind of cashback campaign (with t&c) that time which can be used to offset the gst rm50?
2) or perhaps you mistaken with another cc (not mbb2cards)?

i never heard of mbb2cards can get gst waiver before, not to mention that gst waiver stated in t&c was totally illegal. maybe should summon fruitie who is also one of the earliest who signed up mbb2cards, to test her memory regarding this gst waiver thingy in t&c.

it depends on your anniversary month ma, not simply they charge la. lol...
