There's quite a few number of gym around.
Cheapest will be gym rakyat. Check out priority gym.
I'm currently working out at orient fitness krystal point. If you can afford to pay annual fee at once, it will be around 40-50 per month depends on current package. Very comfortable and fully equipped with what most people need.

Or you may consider absolute fitness in queensbay which might be expensive a bit.

i notice most gym here offer packages.. i prefer to pay it monthly as i dont confirm that i will stay here more than a year.. my current workout only emphasize on squat, deadlift, ohp, bench and rows. so basically i dont need fancy fancy equipment.

Go to gym rakyat if you don't need much equipment. They have barbell and power rack. Pay per entry is rm2 if not mistaken. not sure if they changed the price but it might be a bit crowded sometimes.

Gym nation closed already. I think priority gym offer shorter term contract. Try contact them.
