TLDR version:
1. Accuracy nerf, gun with poor accuracy without full aim will less likely hit center
2. View Range nerf for TD.
3. Light tank buff, but M37 and M41 get nerf bat.
4. Doing some map modification.
5. Crew can transfer their role (commander to gunner, driver to loader, etc.)

No more seal clubbing at low tier for those experience player to stat padding their stats and give newbie a better place to play before moving up high tier.

SPG reduce view range means, now SPG very hard to use TD mode now, as all the tanks will outspot it.
