I just reinstalled and played yesterday. Same sh!t different day I guess. Still infested with gold spammer. But at least the in game chat is a bit quiet. No longer toxic.

Anyone having lag problem when using google DNS? I keep on having high ping plus connection problem when using google DNS. When I change to 1.1.1.1 the connection seems to be restored. Happened both when I'm using wireless and wired connection.

Yup. Unifi. If I use Google DNS, the connection will only be ok after 5 or 6 games.

I see. So its not just me. I think the routing is the issue here.

Edit: I stand corrected regarding the DNS thingy. Its the same shit no matter which DNS I use.

I just played today. 23k server load. Ping 70-90ms. No lag spike anymore. I guess they have fixed the issue?

That is weird. My ping issue got resolved after the 1.8 update.

It works for me when I tried it yesterday. They were instances when I got red ping 800+ ms. I just close the game. Do the steps and voila! It return back to normal.

Yeah. The detection mechanic is broken. Need to have at least minimum distance line of sight to detect enemy regardless of their camo level.
