Get Unique Vehicles at the World of Tanks Auction 2024!
From January 24 to 28, you have the chance to bid for and win exceptionally rare, high-tier vehicles for Free XP or credits at a special Auction. Every lot will be something unique that you don’t want to miss.
There may be brand-new vehicles that will captivate you with their novelty and thrilling gameplay.

Didn't really expect the Auction would be so soon after the Battle Pass Special. Last year the auction was held on February 15th, 2023. <Post #3112> Anyway, I'm conserving my resources for the Assembly Shop.

So far 2024 Auction leak proves to be accurate:

• [New] BZ-72-1 (China, Tier-10, HT, promotional, mechanics: rocket boosters)
• TL-7 (USA, Tier-9, TD, premium)
• [New] ISU-122-2 (USSR, Tier-8, TD, premium, mechanics of double-barreled guns)
• WZ-111 Qilin (China, Tier-10, HT, promotional)

T-22 medium bids did not exceed the available units. A minimum bid is sufficient to get one.

BZ-72-1 competitive bid is simply outrageous with 3,921 bids for 2,500 tanks. Equivalent to 45% of resource needed for last year's Assembly Shop tank. My bid of 400,250 Free XP wasn't enough.. Oh well, I'm pretty sure it will be offered in later events.

ISU-122-2 has a reasonable competitive bid with 6,912 bids for 5,000 tanks. Managed to snag one lower than competitive bid with a small margin.


TL-7 has garnered little interest from the players with 3,112 bids for 3,000 tanks. Getting a Tier IX tank destroyer worth 12,750 Gold (MYR 237.26) for slightly more than 175,000 Free XP is a good deal.


WZ-111 Qilin has a competitive bid of 310,500 Free XP with 3,119 bids which is slightly higher than the 2021 Under the Hammer event competitive bid of 305,000 Free XP with 2,938 bids. Previously, it was auctioned via closed auction in the final 2021 Black Market (1,000 units) with a starting bid of 15,000,000 Credits
Finally, getting 2 out of 3 tanks not in my garage without resorting to emptying my resources feels good.

Welcome back commanders! It's another episode of World of Tanks Best Replays and it's time to watch some of the best gameplay the community has to offer in the game 😁

I recently came back to check out how it the game doing, and wow never rly thought that they have move back to SG and just bunch everyone asia ...... my ping now is 17 and the game is pretty amaizing. Only thing I don't like is the privatization of chat, cause now when boring cannot see ppl fighting in world chat. Feels less lively.

Malaysia gang also like not many active. So hard to find local ppl here that is still playing this actively.

Makes me wonder, should I venture into wot twitch streaming ?

The Lunar New Year event is coming to World of Tanks on February 8th. It's the perfect opportunity to acquire some fantastic Draconian Chests, with the Object 590 taking center stage as a new Tier IX Premium tank equipped with a reverse autoreloading system. Additionally, there's a new Tier VIII Premium tank named Miel, the Bourrasque with a fresh appearance, and familiar faces like the Turtle Mk. I, Gonsalo, and VK 75.01 (K).

Complete missions throughout the event and unlock free rewards, including useful in-game items, 2D styles, decals, and even a Tier VII Premium vehicle. The dragon's gifts are plentiful so you don't want to miss this event!
Event ending soon at midnight. Took some time out from playing games from the 8th till 14th. No CNY "Special Guest" 3D style for me neither. Probably can start playing a bit tomorrow.

Dune: Part Two—Destiny Arrives
The Dune saga returns to silver screens with Dune: Part Two on March 1, and also continues in World of Tanks. Its heroes and villains—Lady Jessica, Gurney Halleck, and Rabban—can now become crew members. The Progression rewards in the Battle Pass Special Dune: Part Two—Destiny Arrives contain a range of Dune-themed items as precious as the spice melange itself. Plus, you can purchase a Premium Tier VIII medium tank from the distant future during the event.

MYR 181.38 for a Tier VIII medium tank Mittlerer Kpz. Pr. 68 (P) valued at 9,350 Gold with an extra 300 Gold charge for a garage slot for a total of 9,650 Gold. Nowadays garage slots are literally given away in missions and are now purchased in game for 250,000 Credits. I have more than 150 empty garage slots and I don't really see the point of Wargaming charging 300 Gold for garage slots anymore.



MYR 295 for a pixel tank, garage slot, 3D style and some boosters. Yep, players are lining up to purchase this bundle.

From February 22, 2024 through February 26, 2024, you can build the Object 452K, a brand-new Tier X Soviet heavy tank. Only 10,000 of these exclusive vehicles will be up for assembly, and the first 5,000 will come with the striking Designer 3D style, each with its own unique style number. Prepare to assemble an experimental heavy tank that boasts a formidable appearance and offers engaging gameplay!

Things did not turn out smoothly for me... tried to log in 10 minutes before the event started. Apparently the server cannot handle the number of players that tried to login during the Assembly Shop event.
Bloody crass incompetent morons that can't anticipate the surge of players during events.



I only manage to log in after the first 5,000 Object 452K with the numbered 3D Style were sold out. FeelsBadMan

For a new player without any resources, this tank costs 55,000 Gold. (MYR 996.83) An insane amount of money for a pixel tank in a game. However it is virtually free for veterans with a stash of 1,000,000 Free XP in their reserves.

Twenty minutes after the event:

3,463 vehicles remains.

A few hundred still available 10:40 pm tonight... event ends at 2:00 am tomorrow.

405 remaining vehicles as of this posting.
