Hi all, any way to get TMnet's attention and fix my unifi line? It's been down since 1st Jan 2015 till now.

I move to a new place early Dec 2014. Technician from them is fast doing all the relocation and I'm glad on this cuz I can have my internet the 1st day I move in.

Yet few day later I notice my speed only half of what I subscribe : I subscribe vip 10 but my current speed is only vip5. I call unifi sc and they told me due to newly relocate, my account is not yet fully activated, speed will back to normal after my account is fully activated.

I wait for one month yet until end of December 2014, I still using vip5 speed and I still have to pay with vip10 price... until now I never really push them since the internet service is still there.,and with the past experience, i have confident in them cuz up until now, unifi sc have been helpful and able to fix issue fast ..

Then the worst came: unifi down, no internet service, and cannot make phone call. Great. So previously is my account not activated , and now phone line broken? Again I made report to unifi sc, they acknowledged the issue and promise to fix it asap.

Multiple call been made to TM and I've been wait patiently since then. But till now, 3rd week unifi down, and all I get is "we will highlight this to our 2nd level" reply which prove to do nothing .

I did submit report to skmm few day ago, then only that TM make a call to me but just to tell me the same "we will highlight this to our 2nd level" and "we will fix this asap"...

Any idea how to get them to fix this ? I just want my internet back. Surviving using quota-ed prepaid internet is terrible.

Any input from you all will be much appreciated.

I think nothing can be done except to wait for them to resolve the problem. Do make sure u ask for rebate for those time when the internet is down & also for half the speed that u get.

thx for the reply , actually i'm prepared for such worst case scenario, no choice have to wait.

btw, any idea when is the best time to ask for rebate? should i ask for it now or after they fix the problem ?
