Guys I'm using Asus RT-N12 300mbps router. Not sure why I can join network but no internet access. Happened suddenly on Saturday noon. After reset router and call up TM centre to reboot port, problem still persist. No fault on TM stock modem and also router shows internet line active. Please advice.

just register for 30mb with jumbo pack. rm229. after settled, check the Online OCC.unify.my , my unifi status immidately change to 30mb not 20 anymore.. meaning already upgraded meh.. or need to reboot modem etc.... in office now after get home then testing... hope wont dissapointing me as 20MB always stabil and download test betweek 18-20 mbps..

Yes, for VIP 5 currently I am paying RM 171/month while Unifi 30 was quoted at RM 210.94 including GST

So I've decided to pay the difference to get faster internet speed

Why don't you just add the voice pack for additional RM20 monthly (excluding GST) for your dad's usage?

Don't ask me to walk to TM Point la... Unless really no choice, cannot show them my desperation.

Serioudly I dont know but here's 2 reason why (I think) I was one of the first subscriber in Puchong since 2010, (2) my bills is paid through autopay since my first
bill so never late payment. I started from VIP5 for 149, then they offer me VIP10 for 169 in 2013, and the they called me again end of last year for vip20
RM209.....I'm not trying to be $$$, just sharing...
