Can anyone shed some light as to what the heck is going on with my bill? After the transition of VIP5 to VIP10, I feel like they doubled charged me on additional things I was not aware of?
![]() The service started only in May 2015 but... why does it seem I need to pay for April as well? It was activated at the end of April... T_T And what does contract fee even mean in this regard? |
