I got the sms about the 30Mbps upgrade this evening and I noticed some changes within this 24 hour. The line is a lil bit unstable for downloading and I only got around 12-15Mbps for downstream when testing speedtest.net. The upstream is good get near 5Mbps (no synchronous up/downstream anymore sigh).
