I called UniFi this morning and they ask me for the owner's IC number. So I called the previous tenant of my house and asked her. After that she gave me a number from the previous tenant before her
She doesn't want to share her IC number. I already explained her that I want to change the current router so i need the password. I only know the username by logging in to the current router.
I don't want to waste my money on the newer router that I just bought
