Hi I am currently using the 5mbps unfi and there's good download/upload speeds but latency seems to be on the high side (90-120ms). This seems to come into affect during online gaming where the latency would suddenly shoot up to make the game lag for 5 secs and come back to a low latency. This happens like every 30 secs. Anyone knows what is the problem?

I usually get that when my bill haven't pay and unifi suspended Restart everything a few times already. Still not working. No chance to try with Cable yet because modem is far away from PC. |

I had this problem before where on D2, I get 40/50 ms then it shoots to 200+ and dropped back, mine was due to weak signal strength, fixed it by buying a better wifi usb receiver, now I get constant 5 bars signal and constant 30/50ms ping |

After looking at the openwrt config from klseet, I've got a few questions:
http://klseet.com/index.php/205-openwrt/op...6-tl-wdr4300-v1 In the vlan switch settings- what it vlan id 1 supposed to be? Is it the trunk port where untagged ports will use the default vlanid of 1? Why is port 2-5 (corresponding to LAN port 1-4) under vlan id 500 set to "off"? Shouldn't they be tagged? Should the cpu port be tagged under vlan id 600 or set to "off" since the set top box does not need to communicate with the other ports and therefore doesn't need to 'go through the cpu'. And shouldn't port 5 under vlan id 600 be tagged? |

QUOTE(anglelor08 @ Apr 11 2015, 09:54 AM) I already subscribe unifi, I think what they mean by port full is that the local junction box at the telephone pole is filled up and TM has to come over and add more connections. You could ask for your money back since they can't give you anything at the moment.but the port already full so I have to waiting tm to add port. waiting until now tm still said waiting. I fell I am a fool. anyone can help me?? |

Recently I encounter a very weird problem.
It happened 3 times already. All my devices are connected via wireless, my PC only able to load facebook. All other mobile devices(iPad, android phones) unable to connect to internet(exclamation mark on wifi). The only way to fix this problem is to call TM and ask them to reset the port. Resetting the modem and wifi do not work. |

It's RM 150 on an annual basis which can power my internet bill for half a month eventually at the end of the year. Those Viets anything above RM100 no one will even touch your ISP for home access unless it's for corporate needs. |
