For my case, they called me on the 10th. But until now my package yet to be upgraded. So much for the 3 working days promise! But I am glad my vip10 survived my raya internet onslaught by my visiting parents and sisters. 7 people + xxtro hdtv and no internet hiccups. Now I wish TM lost my upgrade form so that can enjoy my vip10 with discounts. Lol

Checked my connection and its already on unifi30. But i am not receiving any confirmation slip via email as promised.

Received sms and email on hypptv everywhere activation instead. Then check at unifi occ and its already on unifi30.

But in unifi occ u can modify your package bundle. I can remove my aneka pack and save rm30, which will reduce price to rm169 without gst. But will it incur penalty? That's the question which need clarification.

Asked them on twitter, hypptv package needs min 12 months subscriptions. Oh well..

I think its better wait for them to stabilise this package then walk in to TM point for clarification. Since their answer quite confusing right now.

Mine also late. Received call from TM on the 10th, but completed the upgrade yesterday. So much for 3 working days promise!

On twitter they mention 7-14 working days, instead of 3 working days promised by the telemarketer. Lack of coordination it seems. Btw, anybody know error 105406 on iphone/ipad means for hypptv everywhere?

Why TM reduce my credit limit? Previously in vip10 (rm179 excl gst), credit limit rm597. Now unifi30 (rm199 excl gst), limit rm447. Shouldn't the new limit be higher than previous?

Guys, what channels included in aneka pack? Hyppsports 3 and 4 included is it?

But i can watch channel 703 and 704. But not other sports channel which must pay. And already check occ no sports package/channel subscribed. Weird..
