I'm working at Bina Paint. in my experience as Technical Support Representative (TSR), its about how you apply the paint. here rule of thumb.
1. Choose the right paint for your need.
2. Wall need to dry enough to paint.
3. 1 sealer layer minimum, 2 layer finishing minimum.
4. Every layer minimum waiting time is 8 hours.(depend on weather)
5. Choose the good applicator is most important.
6. always make sure the paint is less then 3 years from the manufacture date.
