Yes it is something new, which means they will be the first who do it

From what I see, whether the design is good or bad, it has caught everyone attention
It is designed by studio FA porsche

In the middle of the skywheel, they will put an advertisement
I think it is a creative way to adv their brand

The MRT is line 2 which connect Damansara Damai to PutraJaya Central.
The station beside the project is MRT Kampung Baru North. Next station is Ampang Park which allow to transit to LRT.

For local, it is more for investment.

And, the main reason is that there is skymall and hotel too, quite commercially speaking.
