near KLCC and very good packages.

Yes, it is so that investors with more than 2 properties can loan up to 80-85%
And, the main reason is that there is skymall and hotel too, quite commercially speaking. Really make use of its location beside MRT. |

Very practical for the tenants actually
The skymall is primarily targeting the tenants Imagine tenant can just go up and buy things without going through the hassle of travelling around busy KL TBH, if im an expat, I would pick a more convenient place -beside MRT -up got skymall Pretty much everything I want/need Btw, there will be some shops at the ground floor too |

Physical works haven't start yet for this one (expected completion 2020)
And currently this project still soft-launch (though tower A mostly sold out) Will grand launch soon (that time maybe left tower B units, I think dual keys units will sold out by that time) I believe they are focusing on completing M101 Bukit Bintang, due next year |

Is the M101 bukit bintang in this thread, I cant find it Anyway, FYI M101 bukit bintang (behind Furama hotel) by the same developer have also released a few units New package available too |
