If planet hollywood couldn't survive at busy bukit bintang, will it feasible there?

Wind load at high elevation is higher than the ground level, stronger foundation will be needed for the ferry wheel and this won't be cheap at high level. The ferry wheel may end up disappointedly small.

For planet Hollywood type of franchise, franchisor normally require franchisee to open in a prime location within 1 or 2 years, unlikely to wait 3 to 4 years.

Architect could design almost any shape and size owner wants. Whether the owner is willing to spend $$$ to build?

Best western is not a hotel operator, unlikely to sign any tenancy agreement. More likely, tenancy is signed with best western's franchisee.

Launched 3 projects in 2 years without previously completed a project could be more than it could swallow.

Sticker doesn't mean unit sold. Stickers could denote unsold units for some developers. If less than 100 units unsold and over 3 years to VP, developer need not to spend $ on marketing anymore.

Developer initiated the idea and have the final say on design. Developers priority is to attract buyers. If the mall is not viable, could always convert into Soho later.
