Time can only tell how this Skywheel will fare but I heard the Architect on board is Veritas Group the biggest architect in Malaysia and teaming up with such a professional team they seem to b on the right track and not some cheh Kai Klang job gua *crossfingers

The first project my cousin bought the Developer has secured tenant for buyers which is Best Western Hotel which signed a direct tenancy with rental price already agreed upfront . It's not exactly a GRR but the end result is the one that matters ain't it *wink*

Went to the showroom in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng recently. Apparently pretty impressive sales at less than 100 units left.

Didn't make a booking because still think the concept is too "fantastic"... throwing way too many fantastic promises to attract buyers.. A lot of grey areas in the proposed plan, many things not specified clearly yet.

Such new developer with a plan to launch 10 projects worth RM 4b by 2020? Its first few projects should be a safer choice... This is only their 3rd.

Like someone from earlier replies, this developer really reminds me of another developer in Damansara...

Property developer, M101 Holdings Sdn Bhd, has appointed China Huashi Enterprises Co Ltd as the main contractor for the M101 Skywheel project which has an estimated gross development value of RM1.8 billion.

Its Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Seth Yap, said China Huashi would finance the project's RM50 million construction cost.

He said the project in Kampung Baru was expected to be completed by 2020

Wow.. The groundbreaking happened about 7 months ago and about three months ago the main con had just been announced. Me no photo of M101 Skywheel Kg Baru.

I would say MRT2 station progression is better than this M101 Skywheel project at the moment.
