How did you know it's a screen? You got any official details stating it's a screen? Or you're saying that just because you're looking at it with your naked eyes?

I see what's in their own official website and determine what's in there. You don't put silly stuffs in your own official website to bemuse other people. Heck you're a property developer lol

But knowing this developer of their previous project reputation. I doubt they'll build as it planned. Probably the design will totally run out as it is with their past project in KL
