QUOTE(sendomike @ Jan 22 2016, 09:50 AM) phase 1 (tower A) all soho units, commercial title, no cp... Sendomike what U mean no cp?a bit hard at rm1.2kpsf (before disc) maybe phase 2 (tower B) will be residential? It's confirmed planet Hollywood is onboard . It's something the other hoteliers here know too I checked with my resources . I heard the Ferris wheel will be built by the same engineer of london eye and singapore flyer don't think its kids play |

QUOTE(SYYMY @ Jan 24 2016, 11:10 PM) M101 got few .. Dang wangi then Bbcc bukit bintang then this one.. But no one complete yet. With this kind of pricing n knowing their previous marketing so messy... Myself pass. Waiting monoland better. SYYMY U seem to have a score to settle with this M101 group and not just a simple buyer in the market .Are you a previous GS agent or something bent on tarnishing the developer? And the things U know about them is beyond what a normal layman will know . The one in Bukit bintang previously was a hotel? I thought it was only a restaurant ? Time can only tell how this Skywheel will fare but I heard the Architect on board is Veritas Group the biggest architect in Malaysia and teaming up with such a professional team they seem to b on the right track and not some cheh Kai Klang job gua *crossfingers |

QUOTE(rainman19 @ Jan 25 2016, 02:13 PM) this area without traffic proven yet..... Well this is already announced in the press ! And it came out in TV3! Are U guys saying the developer is lying ? unable to convince franchisor support if franchisee insist then no choice, unless franchisee got tons of $ How can that be? What about the Studio Porsche too? Are U guys sure or just speculating without substance? IF planet Hollywood is really on board it's gonna be really exciting. maybe they love the Ferris wheel and the collaboration with Porsche. The owners are all from Hollywood they probably will love the glam and the glitz and don't mind waiting gua |

QUOTE(yandebunena @ Jan 25 2016, 04:25 PM) so, the GRR in dang wangi project is not legit? The first project my cousin bought the Developer has secured tenant for buyers which is Best Western Hotel which signed a direct tenancy with rental price already agreed upfront . It's not exactly a GRR but the end result is the one that matters ain't it *wink*yesterday went iprop exp, and the agent still promoting this grr package, for both, m101 dang wangi and m101 bukit bintang This post has been edited by DIvaof97: Jan 25 2016, 04:46 PM |

QUOTE(yandebunena @ Jan 25 2016, 04:55 PM) which project ur cousin bought My cousin bought the Dang Wangi and yes I checked with her/ the tenancy agreement was signed by the owner of the Best Western Plus franchise owner . Alll relevant license agreement is legit even the best western website listed it as upcoming hotel. She says hotel expected to operate last quarter 2017.if it's signed with best western, then i have no prob. but not some sketchy middle man agency will contact the agent for more detail in agreement. |
