The developer should be very financially stressed, the companies' few business is on the tourism, their monopoly hotel, dang wangi Red hotel just to name a couple.

It's been close to a full year where by they have little income.

Currently there are some units under lelong for that, i guess those buyers can't payback the loans due to no income from the rooms.
