The processor, what model number? blink.gif

prescott 530 LGA775 using coolermaster hyper6+.

If it's prescott 530 using hyper 6+ at 40celcius idle, then that's hot...

I also have one Pentium 4 530 rig in my room, and it's also using Hyper 6+, but i've managed to get 36celcius in idle... rclxms.gif

Maybe u should recheck on how did you fix the heatsink on the processor...

Or, maybe u should change the thermal paste to Arctic Silver 5... thumbup.gif

Ohh, and before i've forgot, my 530 in full load with using hyper 6+ is only at 40celcius... icon_rolleyes.gif
