if youre not too fussed on the graphics side, playing 4K reso with a GTX760 on low to medium settings can be tolerable (20-40FPS for certain games)cause now trends like keep on 4k

movie wise, no issue at all since movies mostly maxed at 1080p. and seriously, a GTX760 cant support movie playback? bollocks
scaling issue wise, there is a problem as Win8.1 have bad support for high res displays
