seriously, i only terfikir that cycling and rollerblading is a sport, and i NEVER claimed the RM100 (or was it RM500) tax exemption from sports equipment.

So im just wondering, amongst the following sports equipment, which one can claim the tax exemption? or is it semua boleh?

1) Mountain bicycle
2) Roller blade
3) Helmet
4) Knee pad arm pad

all can kua, as long you keep the receipt, they don;t actually check, they will give as soon as you enter into the form, only when they audit you need to give proof

dude out of 20 ppl in my dept, 80% has been audited in their lifetime

you WILL eventually get audited if you are a heavy investor/property buyer who have a net worth 400 times to 600 times their monthly salary.

all can claim back the tax deduction if they support BN.

but if they support Pakatan, then they will be audited and will be charged with overdeclaring tax deduction becos included the 6% GST despite the supplier not being registered with Kastam.
