Terms and Conditions on the Voucher:

1. Redemption is only for MAS stated airfare and not for airport taxes, passenger service charges, fuel surcharge, penalty charges or excess baggage charges.

2. Vouchers can only be redeemed at any Malaysia Airlines ticketing office and not at any Travel Agencies.

3. The vouchers can be redeemed at from 1 December 2014 onwards to 31 March 2015. Travelling date is from 1 December 2014 to 31 March 2015.

4. The validity of the vouchers cannot be extended. No extension of ticket validity is allowed beyond 31 March 2015.

5. The voucher can only be used once. One voucher can be combined with another but only for the stated airfare.

6. Voucher is non-refundable. If a voucher is partially redeemed the remaining balance is forfeited.

7. The voucher can only be redeemed in the currency of issue.

8. The voucher is transferable but once a reservation has been made and paid, name changes are not permitted. No refund is to be paid on the voucher value.

9 No claim will be entertained for any loss of voucher.
