but for me reaching higher div by div is my target/achievement. So will try to achieve as much as i can. 

Well at least you been there mate, I never go higher than Div 5. Drop then up. The drop again. Just last night I had throw my controller away when suddenly my chance to get into Div 4 destroyed by 90 minute header.
