Bro can advice which sunglass suitable for people with prescription, low power like less than 100.

hi , power less than 100 , most of sunglasses can be done with prescription too .
basically power less than 100 , the edge isnt too thick .

Mean cannot use the sunglasses original lense? need change lense? will the look of the sunglasses totally different after change lense?

yes , old lens (ori lens) can't use already , need customize with your prescription , with the same color of lenses with coating . it won't have obvious diffrent compared to ur ori lens because ur power is not high
