4inch or 6 inch downlight, which should i buy for condo?

Hi ,
my house was under renovation... plaster ceiling just done. Now I was thinking what size downlight should I buy? my condo was 1200 sqft... I plan to install square downlight 9 ft height after plaster ceiling done. LED downlight 4 inch = RM30 LED downlight 6 inch = RM48 may i know which inch normally you all install for your condo?
